From a small town near Naples, Italy our family at Red Diamond Pizza Truck garnered its experience and love for making thin crust Italian Style Pizza. After working in various Tratorrias’ in Central Italy learning the methods and techniques of authentic Italian Style Pizza they decided to bring their experience and love of pizza making to the States. Fresh off the boat they were determined to make a living doing what they love the most, making Italian Style Cuisine and Italian Style Pizza!

In 2001 Antonio’s Italian Style Pizza was established in Shelton, CT and to the credit of its community it became a success. For thirteen years Antonio’s Italian Style Pizza has become a home for loyal customers and good friends. After catering to school events and large family dinners they realized the love for Italian Style Pizza was huge and in demand.

They craved a way to share their food with people not only in the comfort of their own restaurant but also in the comfort of other peoples homes. And then Red Diamond Pizza Truck was born! A brick oven wood-fired Pizza Truck specially outfitted to serve large parties up to hundreds to even small parties of just twenty guests.
