Our Food Truck is located at the corner of Broadway and Clark Lane in Colchester when we don’t have catering or private events. We are closed Sunday- Tuesday. Please check our Facebook page for our weekly schedule.

This business has grown out of Chris’ passion for cooking and especially for authentic southern BBQ.

We fell in love with BBQ when visiting Chris’ older brother while he was stationed in Tennessee over 20 years ago. Chris learned the craft of smoking and barbecue and has been perfecting his recipes since then. All of our recipes are his own creations and everything is made from scratch from fresh ingredients.

Our Food Truck has served private parties, Food festivals, concerts, microbreweries, and much more. Let us bring our truck to your event or location for a truly outstanding experience. We have catered for graduation parties, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and weddings, and any other event. Let us offer our delicious barbecue and service to make your event a perfect experience.
